About the role
Step into this newly created position, which will help shape and define the future of our colleague communications campaigns. As the Campaign Lead within the Group Colleague Communications function your role is to design, plan, and execute internal campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and understanding of where BSI is heading as a business. With responsibility for managing campaigns end-to-end, shaping and developing messaging, driving ideation to execution, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy. The Campaign Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impact, measure effectiveness, and optimize future efforts to maximize reach and return on investment. Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive adoption of messaging frameworks and content across all internal and change communications.
- Develop and implement global campaign content strategy.
- Conduct research into preferences and behaviour around content consumption across audience groups.
- Facilitate the production of high-quality, colleague-centric campaigns, including blog posts, email, landing pages, video scripts, events etc.
- Develop and maintain productive partnerships with the Business Partnering, Change Communications teams and stakeholders.
- Work with the wider team to carry out a regular audit of the central content inventory, archiving, updating, reusing and repurposing.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure communications align with enterprise wide, and local business priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting, tracking trends and assessing what works best.
- Work with the Channel Lead to implement SEO best practices in all content to drive organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain content guidelines and templates.
- Ensure content is compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Champion a governance approach for content approval.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar content-based role.
- Experience of content project management.
- Great copywriting and editorial planning experience.
- Demonstrable experience in content data insight and analytics.
- Proven experience with content software and delivery channels.
- Internal communication platform experience.
- Previous marketing campaign execution.
It would be highly beneficial, but not essential if you have:
- Canva experience.
- PowerBI experience.
- Experience across the Adobe Suite products.
- Video and/or podcast editing experience.
