Salary: Up to £26,775.00 per annum

Location: Milton Keynes

As a Client Planning Advisor, you will provide invaluable operational support to our UK Delivery Team by ensuring seamless planning and scheduling for both onsite and remote audits. Through proactive coordination and stakeholder engagement, you’ll help drive operational excellence and contribute directly to the achievement of our UK delivery goals. Please note that this position is based on a hybrid working model which requires 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Effective scheduling of client audits across the UK&I by utilising all available planning tools and geographical knowledge.
  • Provide short- and long-term planning solutions to ensure monthly delivery and relevant KPI targets are met.
  • Take ownership of availability for specific external delivery teams and work with Operations Managers to utilise all diary availability.
  • Handle all associated calls in an effective and professional manner.
  • Negotiate with clients in relation to diary moves to minimise the number of changes necessary.
  • Identify resource solutions for all unbooked client visits while continuing to monitor unbooked activity to ensure audit days are delivered.
  • Manage individual workflows and ensure data is regularly and accurately updated.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business through communicating relevant products and services to existing clients where possible.
  • To take ownership for problem resolution where expressions of dissatisfaction are highlighted.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within an administrative, customer service and/or coordination role.
  • An excellent telephony manner with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
  • The ability to build credible relationships with internal departments.
  • Previous experience of working towards KPIs and targets.
  • Previous experience of CRM systems e.g. SAP, Salesforce etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Resilient with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
