Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid-role)

The base salary for this position starts from 31,450.00 GBP annually.

Purpose Of The Role

To provide daily, weekly and monthly operational KPIs to the EMEA CSC Team and the EMEA System Certification and ISA Director. In addition, the business analyst role plays a pivotal role working with the EMEA Director, Finance Business Partner and the operational management team to provide insights, identify trends and opportunities, and produce accurate reporting on delivery performance and utilisation of resources.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Publish Daily/Weekly reports for operational guidance and decision making (Daily KPR, Job Movement, Resource Dashboards, Utilisation Dashboards, Visit Reports, One Resourcer Usage, days lost in Month).
  • Publish monthly operational KPI reports to accurately reflect current performance versus budgets and latest forecasts. Understanding reasons for variances.
  • Run reports in support of the Risk & Compliance management team (Workflow Reports).
  • Assist Finance Business Partner with data collection, manipulation and presentation.
  • Dashboard creation for Customer Planning and Engagement on key indicators of our internal KPIs and external feedback from clients.
  • Provide regular analysis of overall workload capacity and product mix to identify recruitment needs.
  • Analyse operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and communicate accordingly across the business.
  • Run reports in support of the Operational Managers (UK days Workload Reports).

Skills And Abilities

  • Intermediate Excel knowledge with the ability to create models, analyse and manipulate data.
  • Additional software knowledge e.g. PowerBI, SAP, preferable.
  • Experience as part of a team scaling and improving processes, systems and implementing best practices.
  • A good communicator with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Able to set focuses, have high ambition for self and has high standards.
  • Demonstrates awareness of their own strengths and limitations, continuously seeks to develop self.
  • Readily steps into the most challenging opportunities, positively embracing the risk of failure.
