Salary: £28,050 - £33,000 - Actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, candidate competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
Due to growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Coordinator to join our existing Product Certification team on a full-time and permanent basis.
About The Role
As a Certification Programme Coordinator, you will provide invaluable operational support to the delivery of global Product Certification programmes across multiple sectors and certification domains.
You will drive operational efficiency and compliance through effective administration, coordination, and maintenance of certification activities whilst working closely with internal teams and external clients.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Support certification activities across the full lifecycle, ensuring timely progression from initial engagement through to completion.
- Support the preparation and process certification documentation and recommendations in line with defined procedures.
- Ensure compliance with certification schemes, standards, and internal policies.
- Coordinate and support certification lifecycle activities including surveillance, renewals, and periodic reviews.
- Maintain accurate diaries, trackers, and schedules to support effective programme delivery.
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to support smooth delivery and operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of certification systems and processes.
Essential Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or an operational support role within a regulated, technical, or service‑based environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities accurately.
- The ability to follow defined processes, rules, and procedures.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, process compliance, and service excellence.
- The ability to track work, manage diaries, and meet agreed timescales.
- Extensive use of MS packages including Excel, Teams, Outlook and Sharepoint.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, taking full responsibility for tasks and outcomes.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in certification, compliance, or quality environments.
- Exposure to global or multi-sector programmes.
- Experience supporting technical teams or certification processes.
- Familiarity with certification schemes (e. g. Kitemark® or CE marking)
- Previous experience using SAP
- Fluency in English is essential, and any additional language skills would be an advantage.
