About The Role
Our Regulatory Services QMS team are looking for an EMEA Microbiology Audit Planner who will manage the Micro audit booking and compliance for new and existing clients within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Manage your assigned territory to maximise the performance of our audit delivery, through planning, supporting the co-ordination of auditor training and collaborating with other teams in the business
- Monitor, resource and plan Medical Device audits; gaining commitment from our clients, using excellent customer service and persuasive skills
- Keep accurate records of audit planning activity using our ‘workflow system’ and ensure timely completion of inbound workflow actions
- Be a point of contact within BSI for our clients
- Undertake activities according with BSI policies, procedures and protocols
- Maintain all external and internal databases as required by the business
- Support the local sales team for pre‑sales planning activities
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes that affect the planning activities for our clients, and manage any transitions or upgrades to new regulations
To Be Successful In The Role, You Will Have
- Experience in client handling roles (for example, customer service, sales and/or recruitment)
- Experience managing projects / schedules / events and/or co‑ordinating resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and vocal) and able to communicate at all levels
- Planning, organisation and creative problem solving
- Strong written and verbal English, additional languages are a plus

UK: The salary for this position can range from £28,050 to £33,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
Netherlands: The salary for this position can range from €43,200 to €54,000; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
