Client Support Advisor – Milton Keynes

BSI Regulatory Services is looking for a Client Support Advisor to provide administrative support and engage with our clients.

Application closing date: 24th July 2026.

The role involves hybrid work: office days Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming calls from external and internal clients, ensuring BSI Client First principles are maintained.
  • Deliver first‑time resolution where possible.
  • Work as part of the Client Administration Team to cover all activities within the Client Services Team.
  • Actively contact clients to resolve requests, focusing on voice interaction.
  • Take ownership for all client queries and dissatisfaction, working collaboratively across BSI for prompt investigation and response.
  • Process internal and external client queries in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records in BSI systems.
  • Review all client queries to deliver exceptional service while supporting business needs, expectations and relevant policies and procedures.
  • Support business administration activities of managing clients and any client queries.
  • Participate in a team that shares best practice and encourages a positive, inclusive “Can do” culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client handling roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Strong planning, organization, and creative problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
