BSI's Assurance division is hiring a Lead Generation & ABM Specialist to join their existing marketing team in either Brazil or Mexico.
About the role: In this role, you will create and execute high-impact demand and ABM programs across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets. You'll harness data and intent to engage buying groups across key areas such as Training, System Certification, ISA, and Digital Trust, adapting global strategies for local realities. You'll also partner closely with Sales Directors and the Global Digital Hub to convert interest into opportunities.
What you will own:
- Regional demand strategy: Define the LATAM demand plan tied to MQL, SQL, and opportunity targets by country, sector, and persona.
- Multi-channel execution: Launch integrated programs across email, LinkedIn/paid social, paid search, webinars/events, and content syndication, localized for Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
- ABM leadership: Stand up 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many plays for strategic accounts; coordinate offers and outreach across buying groups.
- Sales partnership: Build target account lists and joint GTM plans with Sales Directors; enable teams with localized ABM playbooks and content.
- Tech + intent: Operationalize ABM/intent platforms (e.g., Bombora, Demandbase/6sense/RollWorks) and convert signals into orchestrated journeys.
- Attribution discipline: Drive clean segmentation, routing, UTM/tagging, and reporting with digital operations.
How you'll execute:
- Localization that performs: Tailor narratives to local regulations, industries, and buyer behavior; ensure cultural nuance in copy and creative.
- Experimentation: A/B test offers, channels, cadences, and languages; scale winners region-wide.
- Cross-functional sync: Coordinate with field marketing, content, and ops to deliver on time and on brand via Workfront.
How you'll measure success:
- Demand quality: MQLs, SAL/SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, opportunities created.
- ABM traction: Account/Buying-group engagement, stage progression, win-rate and cycle-time improvements.
- Channel economics: CPL/CAC, influenced revenue, multi-touch attribution.
- Operational health: Launch timeliness, rework reduction, attribution accuracy (UTM coverage).
What you bring:
- ABM and demand expertise across segmentation, lead scoring, and personalized content delivery.
- Martech fluency: Salesforce, Pardot (or Marketo), Workfront; hands-on with ABM/intent tools (Demandbase, 6sense, RollWorks, Bombora, Apollo).
- Experience in building dashboards, reading patterns, and prioritizing optimizations.
- Strong collaborator across countries, time zones, and stakeholders; crisp communicator.
- An organized and detail-oriented approach.
- Confidence in managing multiple campaigns at one time.
- A growth mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years in B2B demand gen/digital/ABM with measurable campaign success (professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred).
- Proven multi-channel build-and-run experience (email, LinkedIn/paid social, paid media, web, webinars/events).
- Experience in matrixed/global organizations and familiarity with B2B buyer journeys.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, Workfront, and ABM platforms.
Language & travel:
- Languages: Strong command of English, Spanish, and Portuguese both verbal and written.
- Travel may be required to attend events.
