About the role
Reporting to the Global Marketing Lead β Medical Devices, the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)/Medical Devices Global Campaign Manager will help drive commercial success through creating effective communications strategies, content production and exemplary project management skills. This role will lead the strategy, planning and content production of integrated marketing campaigns, which will be delivered across multiple regions to promote BSI IVD or Medical Devices regulatory services.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the development and delivery of global marketing strategies for the IVD/Medical Devices business unit, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, market trends, and regulatory developments.
- Support in the development & delivery of global product campaigns following commercial alignment (with country teams). Ensuring key messages, content and materials translate & support local market commercial teams with lead development, customer engagement and sales.
- Conduct and support global market insights and competitor analysis identifying product changes, regional promotional activity and trends in competitive landscape.
- Develop the definition and segmenting principles of target audiences, messaging, and positioning for specific BSI campaigns.
- Act as the primary marketing/brand point of contact for external queries relating to promotion of client achievements and relevant brand marks.
- Utilize advanced project management tools to accurately track and manage tactical projects, materials and campaign ensuring all milestones are met efficiently.
- Uphold the integrity and consistency of BSI's brand by ensuring all external communications strictly adhere to BSI's branding and style guidelines.
- Other tasks include internal communications and building and maintaining relationships.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- University Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience in marketing roles with demonstrable responsibility for global or multi-regional campaigns. Experience with global product launches, regulatory transitions, or major change-management communications. Preferably IVD, Medical Devices or Life Sciences industries.
- Demonstratable experience of building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in both local language and English.
