Operationalize growth across Latin America. Build reliable pipelines, precise tracking, and insights that scale. BSI's Assurance division is hiring a Digital Marketing Operations Manager – LATAM to run the infrastructure, execution, and analytics behind regional marketing. You'll be the operational bridge between LATAM marketing teams and the Global Digital Hub, ensuring every program is localized, compliant, and attributable. From automation workflows to web forms to multi-language QA and ROI dashboards, you'll protect campaign integrity and accelerate funnel performance across Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets.

If you're a bilingual/tri-lingual, analytically minded operator who loves clean data and scalable processes, this role is for you.

What you'll own:

  • Campaign operations & execution: End-to-end setup, testing, segmentation, and deployment in Pardot via Workfront; manage lead scoring and routing by country, language, and service line.
  • Attribution & data flow: Define and enforce UTM governance; ensure accurate tagging and data sync from Pardot → Salesforce; maintain naming conventions across multi-country programs.
  • Reporting & analytics: Build LATAM dashboards tracking MQLs, velocity, CPL, channel mix, email KPIs, web engagement, and pipeline/ROI; deliver post-mortems with clear next actions.
  • Web & asset management: Create/localize landing pages, forms, and gated assets in Sitecore (Spanish & Brazilian Portuguese); run rigorous QA on copy, diacritics, RTL/LTR issues, form logic, and responsiveness; support CRO testing.
  • SEO/paid media alignment: Partner with the Global Digital Hub on regional keyword sets, pixel and conversion setup, and channel-level experiments.
  • Compliance & governance: Operationalize LGPD (Brazil), LFPDPPP (Mexico), and GDPR where applicable; manage consent, preference centers, and suppression lists across languages.
  • Enablement & support: Publish playbooks and checklists; provide office hours and troubleshooting for marketers and stakeholders across LATAM.

How you'll measure success:

  • Launch excellence: On-time launches with high QA pass rates; reduced rework.
  • Tracking integrity: UTM completion and accuracy; decline in unattributed traffic/leads.
  • Funnel health: Form CVR, email deliverability/CTR, MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline impact, ROI.
  • Localization quality: Error rate in localized assets; stakeholder satisfaction; faster cycle time for multi-language launches.
  • Operational efficiency: Workfront SLA adherence and throughput across countries.

What you bring:

  • Campaign ops expertise: Lifecycle execution, lead scoring/qualification, and funnel diagnostics.
  • Platform fluency: Advanced Pardot with strong Salesforce collaboration; Workfront for orchestration; solid CMS/Sitecore experience.
  • Analytical rigor: GA4 + Excel/Power BI dashboarding; ability to turn patterns into prioritized improvements.
  • Localization + QA: Sharp eye for language and formatting nuances across Spanish/Portuguese; methodical testing mindset.
  • Process builder: Governance, documentation, and scalable frameworks; comfort improving systems while shipping work.
  • Cross-border collaborator: Clear communicator who works smoothly across teams, time zones, and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in digital marketing operations/automation within B2B (professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred).
  • Proven expertise with Pardot, Salesforce, and Workfront; strong UTM/attribution best practices.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports (Excel, GA4, Power BI or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with LATAM privacy and email compliance (LGPD, LFPDPPP, GDPR).

Language & travel:

  • Languages: Strong command of English, Spanish, and Portuguese (verbal and written).
  • Travel: Up to 10% for team collaboration, events, and stakeholder engagement.
