Gaggenau Showroom Consultant

• Deliver accurate and highest standard of Gaggenau product presentations to all visitors ensuring

• Deal promptly and efficiently with customer queries, following up enquiries within 24 hours

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with defined dealer network

• Be fully conversant and consistent with regard to product and brand knowledge and to seek ongoing product training as required

• Assist with Showroom event organisation and administrative tasks

• Confident personality with excellent communication skills

• Ability to develop empathy quickly with prospective clients

• Well organised and be able to work unsupervised, yet be part of team

• Computer literate with Outlook, Word and Excel

• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
