Join our team as a Field Service Engineer and play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while keeping homes running smoothly with top-quality appliance care. This is a field-based role covering North Liverpool / Southport / Formby / Ormskirk (West Lancashire) and surrounding areas.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform Repairs and Installations. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, modifications, and installations of home appliances to ensure first-time resolution.
- Deliver Excellent Customer Service. Advise customers on correct product usage, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong relationships with customers and support teams.
- Maintain Compliance and Safety. Work within company policies, ensure a safe working environment, and adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
- Manage Tools and Inventory. Keep van stock, tools, and equipment in good condition, safeguard company property, and report unusual defects.
- Continuous Learning and Team Contribution. Attend training courses, stay updated on technical information, and support colleagues’ development when required.
