Your Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver annual wellbeing calendars and supporting campaigns.
- Conduct thorough internal audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Analyse wellbeing survey data, identify key trends, and present actionable insights to leadership.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee wellbeing events and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining and updating risk assessments to promote a safe and healthy workplace.
