Your Responsibilities
- Drive and support our comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to drive retention, build trust in our brands, deliver consumer value add, and drive sales through owned CRM channels.
- Support the App team to deliver pre-purchase, in-market and post-purchase marketing initiatives that drive consumer pairing and adoption of our smart home appliances.
- Identify, implement & own initiatives that influence and drive continuous user engagement and sales through the App.
- Measure success of initiatives and seek to improve App & CRM touchpoints through sales and marketing channels.
- Help deliver marketing initiatives that drive user retention, increase advocacy and drive eventual repurchase.
Your Profile
- Holds a degree in a relevant discipline, or can demonstrate equivalent knowledge.
- Strong foundational skills in areas such as copywriting, marketing, project coordination, presentation creation, or Excel (developing skills welcome).
- Enjoys working collaboratively and communicates clearly with a range of stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to learning, problem‑solving, and contributing to team goals.
- Able to manage tasks effectively, stay organised, and deliver quality work in a fast‑paced environment.
