Overview
Join BSH Home Appliances Group as a team member supporting internal functions to process B2B customer orders and resolve related issues via phone, email and live chat, with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Fixed Term (FTC): 6-12 months; Total weekly hours: 37.5; Location: Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process order entries and develop proficiency in managing order book tasks.
- Handle B2B customer enquiries and provide effective support to resolve issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Confidently use BSH systems, including SAP.
- Build effective working relationships to deliver a market-leading service to our B2B customers.
Your Profile
- You will be excellent at building and maintaining relationships.
- Previous experience within a customer service role, either face to face or over the telephone.
- Have the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.
- Be exceptional at multi-tasking to enable you to answer live chat questions whilst talking to customers on the phone.
- You will have a flair for problem solving by thinking outside of the box to find solutions to challenging issues raised by customers.
