Your responsibilities:
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration: Managing the digital learning portal by adding new users, creating and updating courses, and designing visual content like banners and images.
- Training Delivery Support: Assisting trainers with the setup for both face-to-face and virtual training events, including preparing props and materials. Opportunities to deliver.
- Digital Content Creation: Supporting the design and creation of digital learning materials, which includes researching topics, storyboarding, and using tools like Articulate RISE and PowerPoint.
- Hosting and Facilitation: Acting as a front-of-house host to ensure visitors have an exceptional experience and co-hosting live virtual classroom sessions.
- Showroom and Brand Management: Working in the to support events and ensure the environment professionally represents BSH brands and standards.
Your profile:

- Confident Communicator: A people-person who can effectively communicate and engage with both internal teams and external customers.
