Your Responsibilities
- Spearhead technical training programs to upskill service technicians in advanced home appliance diagnostics and repair
- Managing the entire life cycle of digital content and designing interactive courses (both online and practical).
- Planning personnel resources, managing schedules/shifts, and monitoring holidays and absences to ensure adequate coverage.
- Analyzing eLearning data to drive clear business training directions and producing key learning intelligence reports.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technology-based learning developments.
Your Profile
- Proven capability as an excellent people manager with outstanding time management, planning, and resource-scheduling skills.
- Proficiency in training authoring tools, screen capture software, and video editing suites.
- Extensive knowledge of and hands-on experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), SharePoint, and content management platforms.
- Experience working alongside traditional classroom trainers to align digital materials with classical learning methods.
- A creative, self-motivated thinker who continuously generates ideas and has a strong attention to detail.
