Your Responsibilities

• Assist with processing monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Support calculations for salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory payments.
• Assist with resolving payroll queries from employees and liaising with relevant departments
• Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies and legal requirements.

• Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Be confident in managing queries both on online and in person
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve payroll-related issues
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
