Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end learning strategy at the plant while contributing to global learning architecture.
- Drive local execution and global collaboration, design and deliver impactful programs, and leverage strong factory operations knowledge to meet both site-specific and enterprise learning needs.
- Drive plant L&D and global learning architecture: assess needs, deliver training, manage LMS, ensure compliance, and build future-ready skills.
