Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high standard Gaggenau product presentations to all visitors
- Ensure the Brand and products are always presented in a professional manner consistent with Gaggenau luxury position
- Ensure “front of house” appearance is maintained to corporate guidelines.
- Deal promptly and efficiently with all consumer and trade partner queries, following up enquiries within 24 hours.
- Maintain accurate records and complete all administration as required by the Showroom Manager
Your Profile
- Proven track record within a luxury consumer or premium sector, utilising excellent customer service skills.
- Soft sales skills
- Basic knowledge of domestic appliance industry and appliances.
- Confident personality with excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate with Outlook Work and Excel.
