Total weekly hours: 35 hours
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, shift rotation 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 (working 1x Saturday in 4 weeks)
Up to £260 Monthly bonus, based on previous month KPI results.
Your Responsibilities
- Order Picking – Accurately pick and prepare customer orders in line with dispatch requirements and deadlines.
- Loading of Goods – Safely and efficiently load goods onto vehicles, ensuring correct handling and secure placement.
- Operation of MHE – Operate counterbalance truck in a safe and compliant manner.
- Health & Safety Compliance – Follow all health & safety procedures, carry out equipment checks, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Contribution & Continuous Improvement – Work collaboratively within the team, actively contributing to productivity, quality standards, and continuous improvement activities.
Your Profile
- Relevant Warehouse Experience – Proven experience in a warehouse environment, particularly in picking & loading activities.
- FLT Skills & Certification – Minimum 1 year’s experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck; clamp attachment experience is a plus.
- Positive Attitude & Ambition – Motivated and ambitious individual with a desire to learn, grow, and develop within the company.
- Team Player with Strong Work Ethic – Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining high standards of attendance and performance.
- Safety & Improvement Focused – Committed to health and safety practices and actively contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and quality.
