This is a hybrid position requiring two weeks in the office followed by two weeks working from home, with one Saturday shift required every three weeks.
- Your Responsibilities
- Booking engineer visits, providing and assisting with troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of an appliance.
- Registering appliance warranties and offering extended warranties.
- Identifying and ordering spare parts and accessories.
- Providing pre-purchase advice and replacement appliances.
- Ensuring that telephone calls are handled promptly, efficiently and meet our call and quality targets.
Adhering to GDPR legislation and ensuring full confidentiality at all times.
Your Profile
- A customer service background is required; you will also need to have strong telephone communication skills, be customer focused and demonstrate empathy.
- Accuracy, flexibility and the ability to problem solve are necessary.
