Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for an Electrical Associate Director based in Haywards Heath, with flexibility for some remote work. The Electrical Associate Director will oversee the design and delivery of electrical building services projects nationally and internationally, including managing teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role also involves providing strategic guidance, mentoring junior staff, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Electrical Design, Building Services Engineering, and Project Management
- Proficiency in 3D and Building Information Modelling (BIM) software desired
