The Role in Reality:

You\’ll manage projects that are the backbone of UK businesses:

• Pallet racking systems that transform warehouse efficiency
• Mezzanine floors that double usable space without moving premises
• Shelving solutions that organize operations
• Critical rack repairs that keep businesses running safely

From initial site survey through to handover, you\’ll coordinate every element – working with our SEIRS-registered installation teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring every project meets our Advanced SEMA standards.

• Project management experience (construction, fit-out, or industrial preferred but we value attitude over years)
• Understanding of technical requirements (SEMA, CDM, Building Regs – or willingness to learn)
• Natural communicator who can handle site managers, contractors, and CEOs with equal ease
• Problem-solver who stays calm when projects get complicated
• Someone who wants their work to matter
• SEMA knowledge or certification
• CAD experience
• Experience with warehouse environments
