Overview:
Working closely with, and supporting, the Director of Business Development to maximise the potential from the designated region. Assume the role of strategic regional specialist, maintaining an expert and up-to-date knowledge of the ELT and Pathways sectors, monitoring trends and competitor activity, and reporting on market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing and recruitment plans for designated target markets to achieve annual sales targets and agreed KPIs.
- Manage and develop existing and new key accounts, driving repeat sales through B2B networks.
- Help identify in-country opportunities as they arise.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide market intelligence, identify opportunities, and collaborate on marketing campaigns and collateral.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of BSC’s portfolio for ELT, Teacher Training, OET, and Pathways streams as well as all new products as they become available for sale.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in business development and account management in a B2B environment.
- A second language relevant to the market.
- IT proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Previous experience in education sales would be advantageous.
