About the role:
- Mentor and support team members to ensure targets are met
- Business development calls and client meetings – you will build up your own client base.
- Candidate marketing – you will source, screen, and engage with candidates
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike to foster long term relationships.

Who we’re looking for:
- An experienced Recruitment Consultant or Team Leader who has worked in any market
- A proven biller in either a temporary or permanent recruitment position
- A strong work ethic and hunger to learn
- Ambition, drive, and a money motivated attitude
- First class communication skills
