We are currently seeking for a Children Home Registered Manager for a service in Uxbridge.
As the Children Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home meets the needs of the young people in our care and provides a safe and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the children home

Ensuring that the home complies with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards

Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the home is safe, effective, and responsive

Recruiting, training, and managing a team of care professionals

Providing leadership, guidance, and support to staff to ensure that they deliver high-quality care services
-
Ensuring that care plans are developed and implemented in line with the needs of individual young people.

Monitoring and reviewing care services to ensure that they are meeting the needs of children and young people and their families.

Registered Manager with Ofsted (preferred)

Residential experience within young people service (essential)

Level 5 in Leadership & Management or working towards
