People and Culture Advisor (ER) in Wakefield

We’re now looking for a confident HR Advisor with a passion for Employee Relations. You’ll be the first port of call for managers when people issues arise, guiding them through investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence cases. You won’t just apply the rules — you’ll help create fair, consistent, and people-focused solutions that strengthen our culture.

This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing managers, and providing expert advice under pressure. You’ll take ownership of ER cases, coach leaders on best practice, and ensure compliance while also looking for opportunities to proactively improve our processes.
