The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and accurately taking minutes.
  • Diary Management: Organise and maintain diaries for SLT members, coordinating internal and external appointments with efficiency.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodation, and transportation for domestic and international travel for SLT members, ensuring all arrangements run smoothly.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as well as handle travel expenses/reimbursements.
  • Communication: Act as the first point of contact for SLT members, managing emails and calls with professionalism and discretion.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organising meetings, events, and conferences as required.
  • Social Media: Effectively manage LinkedIn accounts and post engaging social media posts.

Essential Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • 1-2 years proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role, ideally supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent minute-taking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
