This is an opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our operations team and grow into a key role supporting CBPM customers. The Customer Operations & Planning Coordinator will assist in managing customer relationships, coordinating order fulfilment, and supporting demand and production planning activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Account Coordination
    • Support the management of CBPM customer accounts.
    • Provide clear updates on order status and delivery timelines.
    • Assist with resolving customer queries.
  • Order Processing & Internal Coordination
    • Ensure orders are captured accurately and processed internally.
    • Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and logistics to support on‑time delivery.
    • Track order progress and flag delays.
  • Production & Demand Planning Support
    • Assist in preparing production schedules.
    • Help maintain demand forecasts and planning documents.
    • Monitor supply and stock requirements.
  • Operational & Project Support
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards.
    • Participate in cross‑functional projects.
