This is an opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our operations team and grow into a key role supporting CBPM customers. The Customer Operations & Planning Coordinator will assist in managing customer relationships, coordinating order fulfilment, and supporting demand and production planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Account Coordination
- Support the management of CBPM customer accounts.
- Provide clear updates on order status and delivery timelines.
- Assist with resolving customer queries.
- Order Processing & Internal Coordination
- Ensure orders are captured accurately and processed internally.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, QA, and logistics to support on-time delivery.
- Track order progress and flag delays.
- Production & Demand Planning Support
- Help maintain demand forecasts and planning documents.
- Monitor supply and stock requirements.
- Operational & Project Support
- Prepare reports and dashboards.
