We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Operative to join our growing team. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided from day one.
This is a hands-on role working within our production department, applying branded artwork to construction and workwear garments using heat press equipment. You will also be responsible for picking garments from our warehouse ready for production.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking garments from warehouse locations using production notes.
- Preparing garments for production.
- Applying logos and artwork to garments using heat press machinery.
- Following artwork and production instructions accurately.
- Performing quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Working safely and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
What We're Looking For

- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks associated with warehouse and production work.
Experience
