Bryson Recycling is looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join as Kerbside Loaders on a fixed‑term contract, starting 20th/27th July and ending 2nd October 2026. The role involves collecting and lifting recyclable materials on designated routes, working with drivers. It is physically active, team‑based, and demands a strong work ethic and professional conduct.
Must be available on the following dates:
- Interviews – 16th & 17th July
- Start – 20th/27th July
What you need to bring to the table:
- Good communication and basic literacy/numeracy
- Willingness to work hard and take direction in a fast‑paced, supportive team
- Professional conduct and respect for colleagues and the community
- Excellent reliability
- Positive attitude and ability to work closely with drivers
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working in a waste environment or manual role
- Full, clean UK driving licence
