Bryson Recycling on the lookout for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team as Kerbside Loaders. You will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and supporting our drivers on the road. As a Kerbside Loader, you'll work alongside a Kerbside Driver to collect and lift recyclable materials on designated routes. This is a physically active, team-based role that requires a strong work ethic and a respectful, professional approach.
Must be available on the following dates:
Interview Date: 09/09/2026
Induction dates: 14/09/2026 or 21/09/2026
What you NEED to bring to the table:
- Good communication and basic literacy/numeracy skills
- Willingness to work hard and take direction in a fast-paced, supportive team
- Professional conduct and respect for colleagues and the community
- Excellent reliability
- A positive attitude and the ability to work closely with drivers
Bonus Points if you've got:
- Experience working in a waste environment or manual role
- Full, clean UK driving licence
