Monday to Friday £13.71ph plus mileage & benefits
Job Purpose:
Primarily Field based Derry areas as required and Glendermott road Derry when office based.
- Arrange initial visits to service user homes and completion of Service User Agreements along with the completion of risk assessments for and with service users
- To contribute to the on-going assessment and review of need of each service user
- To undertake and complete Quality Annual Monitoring visits with each service user
- To check service user satisfaction by regular telephone contact
- Deputise with the management of the day-to-day operations in the absence of the Service Manager
- To carry out spot checks with staff and report outcomes to service manager
- Minimum of 18 months paid experience supporting older people in a domiciliary/social care setting.
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Ability to provide on-call support to Care Workers outside of office hours.
