Bryson Group is seeking a Community Employment Coach on a fixed-term basis until September 2027. You will engage people from Root Cause communities, guiding them through an employment-focused pathway, with 35 hours per week across Monday to Friday.
You will deliver 1-1 and group support, CV and interview preparation, and help participants gain qualifications. Travel between sites is required, and a full UK driving licence with car access is essential.
