Bryson Group is seeking an Early Year’s Supervisor to deliver quality early years services for the Bangor Sure Start project. You will manage daily operations to ensure a welcoming, safe, child-centred environment for 0–3 year olds and lead a team of Early Years staff and volunteers.
You will work closely with the Early Years Coordinator, develop programmes and crèches, and build strong relationships with parents to promote developmental play at home and in the community.
