Bryson Group is seeking a dedicated Developmental Programme Assistant for the Little Stars Programme in Bangor. The successful candidate will support and deliver quality early years services, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for children aged 2-3.

This role involves implementing developmentally appropriate play and learning opportunities, working closely with parents to encourage their involvement.

A NVQ Level 3 Child Care qualification is required, along with a minimum of one year’s experience in the early years sector.
