Join the Green Team! We are seeking a proactive and engaging Recycling Improvement Officer to carry out service monitoring and help drive improvements within our Kerbside department. This role is responsible for ensuring service quality, operational accuracy, and compliance across our collection services, working closely with collection crews and management to identify issues, develop solutions, and maintain high customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out service monitoring and help drive improvements within the Kerbside department.
  • Ensure service quality, operational accuracy, and compliance across collection services.
  • Work closely with collection crews and management to identify issues, develop solutions, and maintain high customer service standards.

What You Need To Bring To The Table:

  • Experience in a service delivery or customer-facing role.
  • Experience recording, analysing, and reporting information accurately.
  • Experience of using standard IT packages e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
  • Current UK driving license and access to own transport.
