To support the delivery of safe, high-quality domiciliary care services by monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on service performance. The postholder will report to the Quality & Compliance Lead and work closely with service users, carers, staff, and commissioners to ensure services meet regulatory requirements, organisational standards, and best practice, while driving continuous improvement.
Location: Derry/Londonderry
Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years paid experience in monitoring service quality and preparing reports
- QCF Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in health & social care
- Experience in a social care setting
- Excellent communication, organisational & IT skills
- Working knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Full driving licence and access to a car
- Ability to take part in an out-of-hours on-call rota
