To support the delivery of safe, high-quality domiciliary care services by monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on service performance. The postholder will report to the Quality & Compliance Lead and work closely with service users, carers, staff, and commissioners to ensure services meet regulatory requirements, organisational standards, and best practice, while driving continuous improvement.

  • QCF Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in health & social care

  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
  • Ability to take part in an out-of-hours on-call rota

Salary: £26,000 per annum plus mileage and benefits
