Recruitment Officer Full Time - 35hrs/week £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Mon-Thurs 8am-4pm & Friday 8am-1pm Belfast

Join our Team! The Recruitment Officer is a key contributor to delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service across the organisation. In this role, you will help attract, engage, and onboard top talent across multiple sites. Working in partnership with hiring managers and external stakeholders, you will support strategic workforce planning, ensure smooth and efficient recruitment processes, and provide an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through to their first day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of operational and support roles.
  • Create and continuously review job descriptions and adverts to ensure they are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with the latest market trends.
  • Advertise vacancies across multiple job boards, platforms, and networks to maximise reach and attract suitable candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to understand recruitment needs and operational priorities.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, provide analytics, and monitor progress against operational targets.
Essential Criteria
  • Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-site operational environment.
  • Proven track record managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
Desirable Criteria
  • Experience with HRIS / ATS or similar systems.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle or access to suitable transport.
