The predicted salary is between 32083 - 32083 £ per year.

The Pathways to Net Zero will guide participants from 300 homes to improve the energy efficiency of their homes to improve their health, save money and move towards Net Zero greenhouse gas emissions:

  • 300 homes to be made more energy efficient
  • Participants to become aware of energy saving measures
  • Identify required property interventions
  • Homes to make 10% savings on energy bills per year

Key Responsibilities

The Energy Team Lead will ensure that the project runs smoothly on a daily basis, while ensuring it is achieving KPIs, on budget, on target and delivered to a high standard. Duties will include:

  • Leading on the recruitment of participating households.
  • Ensuring that householders are signed up and commit to the whole programme including an evaluation stage.
  • Maintaining the data collection software system for recording baseline and ongoing household data.
  • Line management of the Coaches - this will include monitoring of workload, regular supervisory meetings and annual appraisals.
  • Allocation of workload to Coaches and the fulfilment company.
  • Determining appropriate actions following visits (for example whether to replace electrical appliances or heating systems).
  • Order large cost items such as repairs to heating systems and solar panels.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C and above including English & Maths, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience of business-to-business communication
  • Sound knowledge of ICT including all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet etc.) and using a CRM system

Desirable Criteria:

  • Minimum of 1 Years experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience of working with disadvantaged people would be desirable (but not essential).
  • ILM Level 3 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • Full & clean drivers licence and access to a car or other suitable means of transport
  • A satisfactory Access NI Enhanced / Standard disclosure or Garda Clearance is required prior to commencement of employment.
