They offer their staff great autonomy and hybrid working combined with fast-track career progression.The Role:Joining the tax compliance team as an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for the following:Compliance focused work ensuring procedures processes are followed taking account of institute and HMRC guidance.Esuring department billing and recovery targets are metStaff management and development including appraisals and monitoring staff performance.Training and mentoring junior staff.Give exceptional client service and be responsible for maintaining regular contact with client teamExperience required: Significant corporate tax experience gained within the professional services environmentDemonstrable technical compliance skillsDemonstrable experience of managing peopleStrong IT skillsQualified (ACA/ACCA/CA) and/or tax advisor (CTA) or international equivalent.Benefits:Higher than average salary combined with a range of benefits (including additional holiday purchase scheme, private health, Life Insurance, enhanced & shared parental leave, subscriptions paid) and bonus.Progression to Manager and beyond is available for those who can demonstrate their ability.Great work life balance with both full and part-time hours available.A positive, friendly and vibrant team to be part of.TPBN1_UKTJ
