Brynteg School is seeking an inspirational, forward looking, and creative Headteacher who can build on our highly successful learning and teaching model recently introduced in Years 7–9 and lead its continued development as it moves into Years 10–13. We are looking for a leader who brings innovation, imagination, and the ability to empower others to deliver learning experiences that inspire, challenge, and enthuse every pupil.

Our new Headteacher will embody our school values of Respect, Independence, Community, and Kindness, and will have a clear vision for learning, exceptional leadership skills, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring that all pupils succeed and are happy during their time with us. This is a wide ranging and exciting leadership opportunity. We welcome applications from experienced Headteachers as well as ambitious Deputy Headteachers seeking the next step in their career.

Applicants applying for their first Headteacher appointment must hold the NPQH. A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check at Enhanced level will be required for this post.
