An outstanding opportunity for a property part exchange business development manager to join one of the most recognised brands in the property industry working from home, building and maintaining relationships with both local new build companies and the local estate agencies.
Main Duties
- Working from home you will develop existing relationships with new build companies in and around the South East and South area, encouraging the companies to refer any part exchange properties to you for you to promote to the top estate agency in the geographical area.
- Once you have received permission to sell the property on behalf of the new build company, you will approach the top estate agency in the local area and negotiate on the property being sold.
- As you are covering such a large geographical area, you will have autonomy to manage your own diary and expenses effectively.

- This role would suit an individual from a new build or estate agency background, who appreciates and understands the workings of the part exchange business in the UK and how estate agencies work.
- You must have excellent communication skills and be well disciplined in managing your own diary working from home.
