Overview: Flagship estate agency branch in the Croydon area requires an experienced mortgage and protection broker to work alongside the team of sales negotiators where the previous broker banked £160k.
Main Duties: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker/adviser to work from a flagship estate agency office in the Croydon area. The estate agency office is the market leader for the Croydon area and the staff are all driven and successful in their own roles. Covering the busy branch, you will work alongside a sales-focused team of negotiators and provide regulated advice on both mortgages and the associated protection products. You will receive fresh leads from the team on a regular basis and have access to the company’s database of existing clients. Not only are qualified leads referred over, but you will also have at your disposal hundreds of different mortgage products and competitive protection policies.
