Excellent opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to work for an established estate agent as a Mortgage Broker where the basic is up to £35k plus car allowance and 15% commissions on all business banked offering excellent earnings potential of £55k plus in year one.

Main Duties

Working from the established Croydon office you will offer advice to new and existing clients with regards to mortgages and protection.

Having access to 95% of the mortgage market plus a very strong panel of life companies for protection business to enable the successful applicants to offer advice on Protection including Life, Critical Illness, PHI, PMI, IPP, Buildings and Contents.

As a Mortgage Broker you will have the client’s best interests to heart and offer a professional service to the clients looking to buy their property.

Key Skills

As you will be the sole Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser working within the branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).

Applications will be considered from Mortgage Brokers, Mortgage Advisers, Mortgage Advisors, Mortgage Consultants and other Mortgage Professionals if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
