Remuneration: £35,500 - £45,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, OTE £85k year 1, £100k year 2

Overview: A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage area director / mortgage sales manager to supervise an existing team of home-based mortgage brokers and recruit up to additional 20 brokers to join your team.

Main Duties: A rare and outstanding opportunity for an experienced mortgage sales manager to join one of the UK's largest and best-known mortgage broker firms in the UK, supervising an existing team of home-based self-employed mortgage brokers as well as recruiting up to 20 additional brokers to join your team. You will be required to supervise an existing small team of fully CeMAP qualified self-employed mortgage brokers, ensuring that they are offering regulated mortgage and protection advice. The existing team of brokers are all experienced competent mortgage brokers who possess their own client bank and introducers, you will be required to ensure that they have the support to enable them to achieve their full potential. One of the most important and financial incentive part of the role is to recruit additional home-based self-employed mortgage brokers, as you will receive financial bonuses on all business that the team bank. You will maintain the role of supervisor to ensure the companies FCA standards, highlight areas of development and implementing initiatives to improve these.

Key Skills: Applications will only be considered from experienced sales managers with the financial services industry with an excellent track record of recruiting, motivating and leading a high performing team of mortgage brokers. Recruitment is key with the ability to recruit high calibre mortgage brokers in high numbers to ensure that you reach your headcount of 30 mortgage and protection brokers.
