New Voters is hiring a full-time, remote Program Manager in our efforts to run 250 voter registration drives by December 2025. This position is expected to start mid-July. New Voters is looking for a driven, organized, and passionate leader with at least 2 years of experience in program management, people management, and/or human relations work.

The Program Manager will be responsible for hiring and managing New Voters’ flagship college mentorship programs. This position is fully remote, but preference will be given to candidates who live in or around Pennsylvania.

Role summary: The Program Manager will support the Department of Programs in executing voter registration drives, managing the college mentorship program, supporting internal company culture and people operations, and assisting in recruitment, outreach, and events. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in people operations, college student management, and program management. The Program Manager is expected to travel up to 20% of the time.
