Lift Every Voice Philly is seeking an Organizing Director to lead our organizing team, drive campaign strategy, and strengthen leadership development among members.
You will supervise staff, coach organizers, and build relationships with partners and decision-makers to expand LEV’s power in advancing our mission.
The ideal candidate has a track record of building a base, winning campaigns, and aligning with our principles of Black and Brown parental leadership.
